The GDPR contains provisions that A&J Painters and Decorators Ltd will need to be aware of data control, including provisions to enhance the protection of customers, contractors, suppliers and employee’s personal data.

GDPR requires that we must ensure that our privacy notices are written in a clear and plain way that customers, contractors, suppliers and employee’s will understand.

A&J Ltd needs to process certain information about its customers, contractors, suppliers and employees. For example: recording their personal information to enable an appointment, settlement of an account or renumeration.
